What is Praisely?

Praisely makes it easy for happy customers to leave Google reviews. They scan your QR code, rate their visit, pick what they liked, and get AI-written review suggestions they can post on Google in a few taps.

How do I add a business?

Go to Businesses and click New business. Add your name, business type, logo and your Google review link. Once it's created, open it with Manage to set up the review topics and get your QR code.

Where do I find my Google review link?

Open your business on Google Maps or your Google Business Profile, choose "Ask for reviews" (or "Share review form") and copy the link. Paste it into the Google review link field when you create or edit your business.

What do the business statuses mean?

"Review link ready" means the business is active and has topics, so customers can leave feedback. "Setup needed" means you haven't added any review topics yet. "Disabled" means the review form is turned off and customers see an unavailable message.

How does a customer leave a review?

They scan your QR code (or open your review link), tap a star rating, select the topics that apply to their visit, and optionally add a comment. Praisely then drafts a few review options. They pick one, and it is copied and opened in Google so they can paste and post it.

What are review topics?

Topics like "Food Quality", "Service" or "Cleanliness" are the choices customers tap on the form. The AI uses them to write specific, believable reviews, and you get a breakdown of what people liked. Add, remove and save them from the Review experience card on your business page.

What are the additional feedback questions?

Turn on "What could we improve?" or "What didn't you like?" to collect extra private feedback. These answers are only visible to you and are never used in the public Google review.

Can I preview what customers see?

Yes. The Customer preview on your business page updates live as you change topics and switch questions on or off. Use Preview customer page at the top to open the real form in a new tab.

How do I download the QR code or sticker?

Open your business with Manage and scroll to Share with customers. Download QR Code saves a PNG for digital use. Download Sticker lets you choose 4 × 6 inch (print size with padding) or 9:16 (phone and stories) before downloading.

Can I stop unhappy customers from posting on Google?

Yes. In Edit business you can gate low ratings and choose a threshold. Ratings below it are kept as private feedback for you instead of being sent to Google.

How do I choose or buy a plan?

Open Settings and click Change plan (or Upgrade plan), or go to the Billing page. Pick a plan, choose a plan length and payment type, then pay securely with Razorpay.

Can I upgrade or change my plan while my current plan is active?

Accepted Answer

You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time. The new plan starts immediately and your current plan ends right away, so any time left on it is not refunded or carried over. You can't move to a lower plan (or re-buy the same plan) while your current plan is active; choose it once your current plan has ended or expired.

What's the difference between Subscribe and Pay once?

Subscribe renews automatically at the end of each plan length, and you can cancel any time. Pay once charges for the chosen length up front and does not renew; afterwards you are moved to the free plan.

How do I cancel auto-renewal?

Accepted Answer

Go to Settings, open Subscription & Plan and click Cancel subscription. You keep your plan until the end of the period you already paid for, then move to the free plan. After it ends you can choose a new plan.

What happens when my plan ends?

You're moved to the free plan automatically and your limits change to the free plan's limits. You'll get a notification, and you can pick a plan again at any time.

Do longer plans cost less?

Yes. Longer plan lengths give a discount on the monthly price (for example 6 months and 1 year). The exact saving is shown on each duration card before you pay.

How do promo codes work?

Enter your code in the Promo code box on the Billing page and click Apply. Each code can be used once per account, and on a subscription the discounted price applies to every renewal.

What are my plan limits?

Each plan has a limit on the number of businesses and on AI reviews per month. Open Settings, then View plan details, to see how much you have used.

How do I change my name, email or photo?

Your profile comes from your Google account and syncs automatically. Use Manage Google account on the Settings page to change it there.

How do I control notifications?

Settings has toggles for email notifications and product updates. In-app alerts appear under the bell icon at the top of the page.
