Frequently asked questions
Is it safe for my Google Business Profile?
Yes. Praisely connects through Google's official Business Profile access, the same permission Google gives any approved tool. Nothing changes on your profile without a setting you turned on, and you can remove Praisely's access from your Google account at any time.
Does it follow Google's review policies?
Yes. Customers post from their own Google account, in their own words. The AI only drafts from the stars and topics they chose, and they edit it before posting. Praisely never posts reviews itself and never offers rewards for reviews.
Do I need technical skills?
No. Sign in with Google, import your business in one click and print your QR code. Most owners finish the setup in a couple of minutes, from their phone.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no contracts. Turn off auto-renewal in Settings and your plan simply runs to the end of the period you paid for. The free plan stays free for as long as you like.
Does it work for multiple locations?
Yes. Every location gets its own QR code, review link, AI replies and rankings, all in one dashboard. Each plan includes a number of businesses; the Compare table shows how many.
Is my data safe?
Sign-in is through Google, so Praisely never sees a password. We request only the Google permissions needed to manage reviews and your profile, and you can delete your Praisely account and data at any time from the Data Deletion page.
How soon will I see more reviews?
Reviews start the day the QR code is where customers pay. Rankings update every week; Google Maps usually reacts over weeks, not days, which is why the free plan has no time limit.
What does the free plan include?
One business, 10 AI-drafted reviews a month, review suggestions and your Google review QR code. No card, no trial period. Upgrade only when you want unlimited replies, rankings and posts.
