Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask Praisely to delete the data we hold about you or your business at any time, including data we received from Google or from Meta/WhatsApp.
1. Request deletion of your data
Email hello@praisely.in with the subject “Data deletion request” from the email address registered with your Praisely account. Tell us the business name(s) the request covers.
We confirm your request and complete the deletion within 30 days. This removes your account, your businesses, customer feedback, connected Google and WhatsApp access tokens, and stored WhatsApp conversation history.
If you are a customer of a business that uses Praisely and want your feedback or WhatsApp messages deleted, email us with the business name and the phone number or name you used, and we'll delete it.
2. Revoke Meta / WhatsApp access
To stop Praisely accessing your WhatsApp Business Account straight away:
- In Praisely, open Integrations and disconnect WhatsApp. We delete the stored access tokens.
- In Facebook, go to Settings → Business Integrations and remove Praisely.
- In Meta Business Settings, go to Integrations → Connected apps and remove Praisely.
3. Revoke Google access
In Praisely, open Integrations and disconnect Google. You can also remove Praisely from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
4. What we may keep
We may keep limited records where the law requires it, such as payment and invoice records. These are not used for any other purpose.
