• Customer feedback data: star ratings, selected tags/aspects, optional name, and free-text comments submitted by end customers through a business's feedback link or QR code.
• Usage data: log data, device/browser information, and interactions with our forms and dashboard, used to operate and improve the service.
• Cookies and similar technologies: used to keep you signed in and to understand how our service is used.

• To operate the feedback funnel and generate AI-assisted review drafts for customers.
• To let businesses view, analyze, and respond to the feedback they receive.
• To manage accounts, subscriptions, and plan usage.
• To maintain the security, integrity, and reliability of our service.
• To communicate with businesses about their account or updates to our service.

When a customer submits a rating and feedback, we send the relevant details (such as the rating, selected aspects, and any comments) to a third-party AI provider (currently OpenAI) to generate a small set of suggested review drafts. These drafts are only suggestions based on what the customer told us — the customer chooses whether to use, edit, or discard a draft before posting it as their own review on a third-party platform. Praisely does not post reviews on a customer's behalf.

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with:

• Our AI content-generation provider, solely to generate review draft suggestions.
• Infrastructure, hosting, and analytics providers who help us run Praisely, under obligations to protect your data.
• Authorities, where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

We retain business account data for as long as the account is active, and feedback/review data for as long as reasonably needed to provide analytics to the business and for legitimate business, legal, or security purposes. You may request deletion of your data as described below.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
