Terms and Conditions

Last updated: September 13, 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of Praisely ("Praisely", "we", "us", or "our"), a feedback collection and AI-assisted review-generation platform. By creating an account or using Praisely, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Praisely lets a business collect customer feedback through custom forms, QR codes, or links, and uses that feedback to generate suggested review drafts that a customer may choose to post on third-party platforms (such as Google, TripAdvisor, Zomato, or Amazon) in their own words.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating a business account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Subscription Plans and Payment

Certain features require a paid subscription plan. Plan pricing, limits, and features are described on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time. Fees, once paid, are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

4. Honest Reviews Only

Praisely generates review drafts strictly based on the rating and feedback a real customer provides about their own experience. Businesses and customers agree not to use Praisely to create, request, or post reviews that are fake, misleading, incentivized in violation of a review platform's policies, or that do not reflect the reviewer's genuine experience. The choice to edit and post a review is always the customer's, and Praisely is not responsible for the final content a customer chooses to publish.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Praisely for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any third-party platform's terms.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
  • Upload content that is defamatory, abusive, or infringes another party's rights.

6. Third-Party Platforms

Praisely links customers to third-party review platforms (e.g., Google, TripAdvisor, Zomato, Amazon). We do not control and are not responsible for those platforms, their policies, or the content ultimately posted there.

7. Intellectual Property

Praisely and its underlying software, design, and branding are owned by Praisely or its licensors. Praisely is developed and maintained with our software development partner, Legitsoft. Businesses retain ownership of their own business data and the feedback content they collect.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Praisely for violation of these Terms or for misuse of the service. You may stop using Praisely and close your account at any time.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Praisely is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Praisely and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Praisely after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
